Vaccines

There are two main reasons that you should get vaccines: 1) To prevent yourself from getting the disease you are being vaccinated for, and 2) To prevent yourself from giving the disease to other people, especially people who aren’t able to get vaccinated for health reasons.

Even something as common as the flu can be deadly for those with weaker immune systems – the flu kills tens of thousands of people each year [source].

While there has been A LOT of talk about COVID-19 vaccines there are many others that we need to stay healthy. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/your-vaccination.html

Not sure what vaccines you need and when? Check out this list from the CDC to find out https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/hcp/imz/adult.html
