Ah, Fall! Bring on the nutmeg, cinnamon, dry-fit sweats…A healthy Fall is in full swing. Now that we’re talking all things ‘Fall Fitness,’ take a look back at our #MyHealthySummer Challenge. We asked young adults to post their healthy summer fun using #MyHealthySummer and #ShowYourLoveToday and share each other’s posts. The person to post and re-post the most earned some cool incentives.
